Rules for Refund of Fees
1) DF, DRF and SAF Fees are non refundable.

2) Gymkhana, G.I., E-Mail fees are non-refundable to students cancelling admission after 31st
August.
As per University of Mumbai Circular No. UG/257 of 2005.
3) 0.2859 :
a) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him/her
after deduction of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty) as administrative charges, if the student
inform as the Principal of the College/Institution, in writing, before the date of
commencement of the term, that he desired to cancel his admission.
 
b) If a student information to the Principal of the college/institution in writing within
30 days from the date of commencement of the term that he/she desired to
cancelhis/her admission all fees shall be refunded to him/her after deduction of
Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) as Administrative Charges.
4) 0.2859A
All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him after
deducting Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) as administrative charges,
provided :-  
a) At the time of applying for admission, he/she intimates in writing, that he/she
has also applied or intends to apply for admission to one or more colleges or
institutions or departments of this University which impart instruction for courses
of the University and
 
b) He/she withdraws his/her application in writing within seven days from the date
of his/her admission to college or another course, but later than 31st August of the
same academic year. In such cases it shall be binding on the students to produce
documentary proof of his/her being admitted to the course of different
colleges/Institutions.
5) 0.2859B:
All fees paid by student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him/her after
deducting Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) of all prescribed fees, as
administrative charges, provided:
 
a) At the time of applying for admission, he/she intimates in writing, that he/she
has also applied or intends to apply for admission to one or more colleges or
institutions or departments of his University which impart instruction for courses of
the University and.
 
b) He/she withdraws his/her application in writing within seven days from the date
of his/her admission to a course between the period from 1st September and 3oth
September of the same academic year. In such cases it shall be binding on the
student to produce documentary proof of his/her being admitted to the course of
different college / institutions.
