Collect prospectus from office.

Fill up on-line college admission form college site www.kmagrawalcollege.org through student login and take printout.

Checking of Admission form with required documents by Admission Committee.

Submission of Admission form along with Fees, at cash counter.

It is compulsory for every student who want to secure admission for the std XI to register on the website of centralised admission process on http://mumbai.11th admission.net

A student who has passed the S.S.C. (Std. X) examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Board, is eligible for admission to F.Y.J.C. (Std. XI) class.

A student who has passed the equivalent examination other than conducted by Maharashtra Board will be given provisional admission. All such students will have to obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the Divisional Secretary, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education, Mumbai, Sector 16, Vashi, Navi Mumbai and submit the same to the college office for final admission with in 10 days from the date of admission otherwise admission will be cancelled.

A student who has passed S.S.C. or equivalent Examination from other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, and not opted for ENGLISH IN THE SAME WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION.

Admission will be purely on the Merit Basis.

Donation : The College or the Management does not accept any donation for admission. We give admission as per standard and transparent norms.

All the admission process for F.Y.J.C. (Std. XI) will take place as per rules laid by Maharashtra State Government Education Department. Student has to compulsory fill the online admission form before seeking admission in college.

A student passing Std. X examination from other than Maharashtra State Board should submit mark sheet, passing certificate, transfer certificate with counter signature and migration certificate with in ten days of admission     (counter no. 8)

Documents required along with Application for Admission For all admissions, application should be made through prescribed application form, which is available in the college office. The application form should be dulyfilled and it must reach to the Principal within the stipulated period as notified. The application form must accompany following documents.

Original Marksheet of the previous qualifying examination along with two Xerox copies attested by the competent authority.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Principal of the college last attended. (This is applicable only to the students of other college (Non bonafide students)

School Leaving certificate in original with two Xerox copies attested by the competent authority.

Eligibility Certificate (Provisional /Final) in original.

Attested Xerox copy of Caste certificate, if admission is being sought for reserved category.

Original Certificate for Sports/Cultural activities, if admission is being sought under Sports/Cultural category.

Character Certificate in Original (Applicable only to the students migrating from other college)

For reserved category students, only Maharashtra Goveronment Caste Certificate is valid.

All admission will be treated as provisional until all the necessary Certificate / Documents such as original Mark Sheets, Final Eligibility Certificate, Transfer Certificate, School Leaving Certificate etc., are submitted and approved by the appropriate authorities.

No admission will be valid unless itis granted by the authority ofthe Principal.

All admissions will be valid only for one academic year (Subject to satisfactory attendance) and will require renewal by application in prescribed form for each subsequent year of the college.

Cancellation of Admission

Admission will be cancelled only on receipt of application in the prescribed form (available in the college office) together with original fee receipts, I-card, library card & no-dues certificate for science students.

If a student intends to leave college in the second term, he/she must intimate the Principal accordingly in writing atleast one week prior to the commencement of thesecond term. If no such intimation is received, the student will have to paythe full prescribed fees for the second term.

The amount of Caution Money & deposit ofI.T. students Laboratory Deposits will be refunded when a student leaves the college or cancels the admission as per the rules.Above mentioned deposits if not claimed within one year from the date of leaving thecollege or cancellation of admission, will be forfeited.

Terms will not be granted ifthe attendance is not satisfactory.

Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in college campus.

Astudent must attend minimum 75% of lectures, practicals and tutorials in each term of the academic year, failing which she/he will not be allowed to appear for annual examination.

Astudent should observe proper decorum in the classes and college campus.

For the student of Std. XI (F.Y.J.C.) the Examinations will be conducted asper the rules laid downby Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Examination.For Std. XII (S.Y.J.C.) students, there will be terminal and Preliminary Examination prior to H.S.C. Board Examination, conducted by the college on the pattern of Board Examination.
