Students Welfare Fund

  • Students who need financial assistance and books for their education can get benefit from this fund.
  • This fund helps needy and deserving students with books and fees.
  • Students are expected to apply for aid with parental income certificate and copy of mark sheet in the prescribed application form.

Group Insurance Scheme

  • Group Insurance Scheme for students has been introduced from the academic year 2003-2004. The risk covered includes death, loss of limbs, total or partial/permanent disablement, etc.
  • The details can be obtained from the college office.
  • College Working Hours:
    Commerce Faculty: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
    Arts Faculty: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
    Science Faculty: 7:10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • The College office works from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) with a lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Acceptance of fees: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Issue of Certificates:
    • N.O.C., Bonafide, Railway Concession, Duplicate I-Card/Fee Receipt/Marksheet – 3 days after application.
    • Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate – 8 days after application.

Attendance Requirement for Eligibility

  • Students must attend at least 75% of lectures, practicals, tutorials, and guest lectures in each term, failing which they will not be eligible to appear for the Annual Examination.
  • Parents are advised to take note of this mandatory condition. Applications for leave of absence (due to illness or other reasons) should be submitted to the college authorities in time.
  • Such students should report to the Principal before resuming attendance.
  • Note: The Principal reserves the right to make suitable changes in the working hours of the College, Library & General Office.
