K. M. Agrawal College of Arts, Commerce & Science, Kalyan, is a premier institution of higher education established in September 1994 by the Hindi Bhashi Jan Kalyan Shikshan Sanstha, Kalyan with a vision to provide quality education and contribute meaningfully to the academic and social development of society. The college is permanently affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is recognized as a grant-in-aid institution by the Government of Maharashtra. The college operates with a clearly defined vision, mission, and academic objectives, in harmony with the principles of modern higher education and the national educational framework.

Beginning with traditional undergraduate programmes such as B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc., Over the years, the college has introduced several professional and interdisciplinary undergraduate programmes in emerging fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Studies, Accounting & Finance, and Banking & Insurance, enabling students to acquire specialized knowledge and industry-relevant skills.
