College Development Committee (CDC)
The College Development Committee (CDC) of our college is a statutory body dedicated to shaping the strategic growth and development of the institution. It brings together key stakeholders—including management, faculty, and external experts—to collaboratively plan and support academic, infrastructural, and administrative progress. The CDC plays a crucial role in recommending development plans, monitoring quality initiatives, and promoting transparency and accountability in institutional governance.
Objectives:
To prepare & recommend the college development plan with academic, administrative, and infrastructural priorities.-
To support effective implementation of quality assurance and enhancement measures.

To ensure optimal utilization of financial resources and suggest strategies for fund generation.

To foster collaborations with industry, community, and academic institutions.

To advise on student support services, faculty development, and welfare initiatives.
