INTRODUCTION

The Career Counselling and Placement Cell of K. M. Agrawal College of Arts, Commerce and Science is dedicated to guiding students towards academic excellence, career development, and successful employment opportunities. The cell actively works to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing career guidance, skill development programs, aptitude training, resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and campus recruitment drives.

The Placement Cell has established strong industry connections with reputed organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services, HCL Technologies, Infosys, Flipkart, Wipro, Capgemini, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Thyrocare, NIIT, and many other leading companies from various sectors.

Through continuous mentoring, industry interaction, and placement support, the cell strives to equip students with the confidence, professional skills, and knowledge required to excel in higher education, entrepreneurship, and the corporate world.
