STUDENTS WELFARE FUND


Students, who need financial assistance and books for their education, can get benefit from this fund. This fund helps needy and deserving students with books and fees. Students are expected to apply for aid with Parental income certificate and copy of mark sheet prescribed application form.


GROUP INSURANCE SCHEME


Group Insurance Scheme for students has been introduced from the academic year 2003- 2004. The risk covered would include death, loss of limbs, total or partial/permanent disablement etc.

COLLEGE WORKING Hours:-
Commerce Faculty : 8:00a.m.to1:00p.m.
Arts Faculty : 8:00a.m.to 1:00 p.m.
Science Faculty : 7.10a.m. To 3.30 p.m.

The College office will work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday with lunch break of half hour from 1.00pm to 1.30p.m.

Acceptance of fees : 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Issue of Certificate: Three days after application (N.O.C. Bonafide, Railway Concession, Duplicate I-Card/Fee Receipt/Mark sheet etc.) Eight Days after application Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT FOR ELIGIBILITY


Student must attend 75% of all lecture , practical, tutorials and guest lectures in each term of the academic year, failing which they will not be eligible to appear for the Annual Examination.

Parents are advised to take special note of this mandatory condition of minimum attendance. Application for leave of absence of their wards on account of illness or other reasons should be submitted to the college authorities in time. Such students should report to the Principal before resuming attendance.

Note: Principal reserves the right to make suitable changes in the working hours of the College. Library & General Office.
