College Women Development Cell (CWDC)
The Women Development Cell (WDC) of our college is a dedicated body committed to the welfare, development, and empowerment of women students, faculty, and staff. The cell aims to create a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment where women feel respected, supported, and inspired to grow personally and professionally.
Objectives:
To promote gender equality and awareness on women’s rights and issues.-
To create a platform for female students to share their experiences.

To conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on women’s health.

To address cases of harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment.

To foster a culture of mutual respect and collaboration between all genders.
